1. The Booking & Reservation Process

• Provisional Orders: Placing a booking request for a retreat or workshop on our Site constitutes a provisional reservation.

• Final Confirmation: A reservation is only guaranteed and finalized once a full 100% upfront payment is received via CliQ to our official brand alias. Unpaid provisional bookings will automatically expire and be released back to the public after 24 hours.

2. Safety & Wellness Participation

• Adults-Only Space: To maintain a tranquil and meditative environment, all Justinarise physical retreats are strictly reserved for adults. Attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Minor children, infants, or pets are not permitted at event locations.

• Health Responsibility: It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to practice yoga. You must listen to your body and move safely. Justinarise is not liable for any personal injuries sustained during physical movement or inversion practices.

3. Event Logistics & Modifications

• Venue Changes: Justinarise reserves the right to alter exact event timings or substitute private nature venues within a reasonable geographic radius (e.g., the Jerash or Amman outskirts region) due to adverse weather conditions, safety precautions, or municipal changes.

• Group Thresholds: Events rely on a minimum intimate group size to run. If a threshold is not met, the event will be postponed or cancelled as outlined in our cancellation guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

• All design work, minimalist line art, logos, text copy, and clothing apparel graphics displayed on this website are the unique intellectual property of Justinarise and our resident artist. Any unauthorized replication or distribution is strictly prohibited.
